Milan Man Arrested By Troopers

A Milan man was arrested Saturday in Sullivan County.  Troopers arrested 24-year-old Samuel N. Tahuico-Manuel of Milan at about 9:31 pm for alleged DWI, no insurance, and no headlights.  He was cited and released.
