Missouri Jobs Report

The State of Missouri’s Jobs report for June has been released. The report shows Missouri’s non-farm payroll increased by 1,300 jobs, private industry employment increased by 1,400 jobs, and government employment decreased by 100 jobs.

Missouri’s smoothed seasonally adjusted unemployment rate decreased in June 2026, declining to 3.7 percent. That is three-tenths of a percentage point lower than June 2025.

The monthly unemployment report for June, with a breakdown by county, will be released on July 24th.
