MoDOT’s roadwork plans for Northwest Missouri include several bridge and resurfacing projects. In the local counties, the planned roadwork includes:
Caldwell County
Route D – CLOSED for a bridge replacement project at the Shoal Creek Bridge through November.
Route 13 – Bridge maintenance at the bridge over Shoal Creek, Tuesday – Friday. The bridge will be narrowed to one lane around-the-clock with temporary traffic signals in place to guide motorists through the work zone.
Carroll County
US 65 – Resurfacing project from south of Route CC to north of County Road 368 near Carrollton, through October 2025. The roadway may be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.
Three resurfacing projects are scheduled All Week. They include:
Route UU, Route T, and Route NN. The roadways may be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place.
Chariton County
Route CC – CLOSED at the Yellow Creek Bridge for a replacement project.
Route PP – CLOSED at the Mid-Fork Chariton River Bridge for a replacement project.
Route TT – Resurfacing project, All Week.. The roadway may be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place.
Daviess County
Route 190 – CLOSED for a bridge replacement project at the Clear Creek Bridge, north of Lock Springs, through mid-November. A detour is in place directing motorists to use US 65 and Missouri Route 6 around the closure.
Four resurfacing projects are scheduled all week. They include:
Route B, Route NN, Route T, and Route YY. The roadways may be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.
I-35 – Pavement repairs northbound driving lane from the 76.0 mile marker to the 78.6 mile marker, Wednesday and Thursday.
Route K – Scrub seal project, Thursday and Friday. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with a pilot car guiding motorists through the work zone.
I-35 – Pavement repairs southbound driving lane from the 65.0 mile marker to the 62.0 mile marker, Thursday and Friday.
Linn County
Three resurfacing projects are scheduled All Week. They include:
Route EE, Route TT, and Route W. The roadways may be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place.
Livingston County
US 65 – Resurfacing project from US 36 in Chillicothe to south of Route CC near Carrollton, through October. The roadway may be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.
Route D – CLOSED at the Shoal Creek Drainage Ditch bridge, south of Ludlow, for a bridge deck replacement project through early December.
Sullivan County
Route T – CLOSED at the East Locust Creek bridge due to deterioration.
