May is Preservation Month and the Livingston County Library and Main Street Chillicothe invite the public to attend the “Timeless Treasures: Mural and Building Heritage Tour”. The event will allow you to explore Chillicothe’s murals and to listen to captivating tales about the buildings located in the two historic districts.
Planned events include:
Thursday, May 23rd – the Courthouse District, meeting at Silver Moon Plaza on Webster Street at 5:30 pm.
Thursday, May 30th – the Commercial District, meeting in the parking lot next to the Cultural Corner at Ann and Locust Streets at 5:30 pm.
Registration is recommended and is open now for both tours; call the main Library at 660-646-0547 or Main Street at 660-646-4071. All ages are welcome.
