A preliminary hearing for former Chillicothe Police Officer Jeremy Don Stephens scheduled for April 13th has been canceled. Stephens is charged with alleged stealing of money and weapons from the Chillicothe Police Department and Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
A motion was made for a change of judge. The motion was approved and Judge R. Brent Elliot was assigned to the case.
No hearings are scheduled at this time.
