A 36-year-old Chillicothe man was sentenced to jail time on charges of stealing and attempted stealing. Matthew William Oleson was in Livingston County Associate Court on Wednesday for arraignment. He entered a plea of guilty on both charges. Judge Michael Leamer accepted the plea and sentenced Oleson to a total of 15 days in jail. He is serving his time at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
