A Pattonsburg man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Wednesday morning. At about 11:20 am, Troopers arrested 42-year-old Anthony M Luna for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
