A Personnel matter was taken up by the Chillicothe City Council following Monday’s regular council session. Amy Supple from the Tourism office requested the hiring of Karter Burnside as a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist at $17.00 an hour. The Council approved on a vote of 4/0.
