The marketing of the Chillicothe Police Facility Project to provide financing is taking place this week. City Administrator Roze Frampton explains the process.

Frampton says once the financing is in place, the public will see signs of the start of the project at the facility location at Cherry and Webster.
Contractor will begin site preparations.
Frampton says the city’s groundbreaking ceremony could take place the third week in February.
