A Polo woman has been sentenced after entering a guilty plea on 10 counts of Animal Neglect. Sharon Lynn Martin was sentenced to 15 days in jail on each charge, to be served consecutively. The jail time was suspended, and she was placed on two years of probation. She is also to serve 2 days shock time.
Martin entered a guilty plea on May 7th. The plea agreement included dismissal of 11 additional counts of Animal Neglect.
