A man accused of alleged seven counts of possession of child pornography and one count of alleged promoting child pornography will be in Daviess County Associate Court on Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.
Chris McGee was arrested for the offenses that are alleged to have occurred from April to early July of 2025.
