A Chillicothe woman was arrested by Jackson County officers Monday morning. Forty-year-old Krystal Marie Walters was arrested on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged Financial Exploitation of an Elder/Disabled Person. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center and is held with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
