Five recent bookings at the Caldwell County Detention Center are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
Chillicothe Police booked 36-year-old Landon Donald Hazen of Chillicothe was booked for alleged unlawful use of a weapon. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only. A court appearance is set for January 8th.
49-year-old Donna Christine Chacon of Chillicothe was arrested by St. Louis County officers on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Tampering with a vehicle. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.
46-year-old Christopher Lee Mason of Chillicothe was booked by Caldwell County Officers on a Livingston County warrant for alleged delivery of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
36-year-old Terry Lane Nichols of Chillicothe was booked into the jail on a Writ to appear in court for plea and trial setting on January 9th for a charge of alleged 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance. He will be returned to the Northeast Correction Center following the appearance.
Livingston County Deputies booked 41-year-old Brandon Michael Flemming of Chillicothe on a bond violation warrant for a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. He is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only. He has a court appearance on January 9th in Circuit Court.
