Two jail bookings of men arrested for alleged failure to register as a sex offender are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
18-year-old Jonathan Michael Moore was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Wednesday evening for alleged failure to register as a sex offender, and for alleged loitering or present within 500 feet of a school building or grounds.
48-year-old Christopher Aaron McCurley of Iowa was taken into custody Thursday morning following a conviction for failure to register as a sex offender. He has been sentenced to prison time.
