Chillicothe Police took a 29-year-old man into custody early in the hours of December 24th.
29-year-old Dillon Lee Potter was picked up on an alleged parole warrant and faces charges of allegedly resisting assault in the 3rd degree; Potter is being housed with Caldwell County with a $7500.
