If you travel between Chillicothe and Carrollton on US 65, you could experience delays over the next few months. The Missouri Department of Transportation had scheduled the resurfacing from US 36 to Route CC in Carrollton. Work this week in Carroll County will include pothole patching.
During the pothole patching and resurfacing, the roadway will be narrowed to a single lane with flaggers directing traffic through the work zones.
Motorists should plan extra time when traveling through the planned work zone. The resurfacing should be complete in October.
