The Carroll County Route J bridge over Bridge Creek, west of Hale, is now open. The Capital – Horner & Shifrin team, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation through a design-build contract, reopened the bridge today, Friday. The bridge is part of MoDOT’s Northwest Bridge Bundle.
