The Salvation Army is gearing up for the Christmas season with programs that help families in the area. The Salvation Army Office is taking applications for two programs now.
The Holiday Food Basket program will help feed a family at Christmas. Applications will be accepted through November 7th.
Families with children 15 and under may also apply to receive Christmas gifts through the Angel Tree program.
Applications are available by calling 660-646-3538 or visiting the Salvation Army office. You are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a time to apply.
The application deadline is November 7th.
