The Second Street project continues in Chillicothe. City Administrator Roze Frampton says there are minor delays.
Frampton says they have been working well with MoDOT on the intersection at Washington Street. She says the work is causing some inconvenience for the fire department, but that was expected.
The work will continue as the needed materials become available.
