Sentencing Hearings Next Week

Three sentencing hearings are scheduled in the area counties.

Micah Samuel Ray will be sentenced Wednesday for 1^st Degree Aggravated Sexual Abuse.  Ray entered the guilty plea on May 1^st in Daviess County court.  The sentencing will be before Judge Darin L. Adkins.

Tyler Dillon King has a sentencing hearing on July 10^th in Livingston County Court on a charge of Receiving Stolen Property.  He had entered a guilty plea on April 22^nd.  The sentencing is before Judge Ryan Horsman.

Steven R. McCann has a sentencing hearing in Livingston County Court on July 10^th.  McCan pled guilty to a charge of stealing on April 10^th.  The sentencing will be before Judge Ryan Horsman.
