September Livingston Co. Sheriff’s Report

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department handled several incidents and arrests during September.

Deputies investigated property damage at Mooresville Park, a damaged mailbox near LIV 228, a failure to register by a sex offender, and a case in Chula involving a firearm discharged from a public roadway and animal abuse. Charges in that case have been submitted to the Prosecuting Attorney. Another report of driving while revoked in Chillicothe was also sent for formal charges.

Arrests included Tristan Sheppard of Wheeling for alleged domestic assault; Cheyenne Vire of Brookfield on alleged burglary and property damage warrants; Nicholas Shipley of Chillicothe for alleged non-support; and Tre Walker of Nebraska, extradited on a local warrant.

Niki Kimberling of Gladstone was taken into custody for alleged bond revocation, and Dalton Sizemore of Purdin was arrested for alleged driving while revoked and speeding.
