Several Court Appearances Wednesday

Numerous court appearances are set for Wednesday.

In Daviess County, Judge Daren Adkins will hold a hearing in Circuit Court for plea and trial setting for Micah Samuel Ray on a charge of alleged Rape or attempted rape.

The Livingston County Courts will be busy Wednesday with several cases set for appearances before Judge Leamer in associate court.  They include:

Cereina Collette Anders is scheduled for a bond appearance on charges of alleged Property Damage.

Sherri Lynn Gannan is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on three counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.

Hannah Marie Roney is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on two counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.

Joshua Alan Phelps has a bond appearance on a charge of alleged receiving stolen property.  Phelps also has a preliminary hearing in another case for alleged receiving stolen property.

Christian Ailis Briegel has a preliminary hearing on a charge of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.

Tyler Dillion King has a preliminary hearing on a charge of alleged receiving stolen property.

Andrea Megan Ethel Perea has a bond appearance on charges of alleged distribution of a controlled substance at a controlled location.

Melissa Marie Ross is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on two counts of alleged tampering with a witness.
