Charges were filed this week on a man in Prison in Nebraska. Thirty-five-year-old Derek Edward Baker of Omaha, NE faces charges including 2 counts of alleged Sodomy or attempted sodomy with a child under the age of 12. The probable cause statement filed in Livingston County Court indicates the incidents including two victims took place in 2018.
Chillicothe officers also contacted Trenton Police to find Baker is wanted on a Grundy County warrant for alleged Possession of Child Pornography.
Baker is currently serving 16-18 years in Nebraska Prison following a conviction for Child Pornography. He was sentenced in 2021.
