The Chillicothe R-II school District announced that Lisa Rule’s Chillicothe High School Drama Department is the recipient of a $2,000 Stellar Award. The award is in recognition of the department’s outstanding impact on student growth and learning, and for strengthening school & community connections through exceptional theatrical performances.
