The bid for Chillicothe’s Storm Water project, located in the alley from Clay to Ann Street, behind KCHI, was awarded to JD Bishop Construction in Chillicothe. City Administrator Roze Frampton explained the bid of $206,749 was not the lowest, but is allowed with local bidder consideration.
Is within 3% of the low bid.
The contractor will have 120 days to complete the project.
