A single-vehicle crash in Sullivan County early Sunday morning left the driver with serious injuries. State Troopers report the crash occurred about 12:35 am on Route D near Greencastle as 43-year-old Kenny J. Deryke of Milan was northbound in a UTV and drove off the right side of the road and the UTV overturned. Deryke was taken to Northeast Regional Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. He was not wearing a safety belt.
Troopers also arrested Deryke for alleged DWI. He was released for treatment.
