Trenton City Council To Consider Budgets

The Trenton City Council meets on Monday at 7:00 pm at City Hall.  That agenda includes the recognition of five high school senior Fire Cadets.

10 Ordinances are on the agenda.  They include:

  • Adopting the 2025/26 City Budget
  • Adopting the 2025/26 TMU Budget
  • Approving a proposal with Gilmore & Bell for disclosure compliance services.
  • A contract with M&M Utilities for sewer main replacement
  • A contract with M&M Utilities for water main replacement
  • A Conditional Use Permit for Anita Blake to convert a home into a multi-family apartment and space for an office at 412 East 9th
  • A Conditional Use Permit for William Scholl to build a 60×100 building for a gym and spa facility at 1001 East 9th
  • Amending the Nuisance Ordinance – Debris on property portion
  • Amending the Nuisance Ordinance – Hay Permit section
  • Amending the Nuisance Ordinance – for Pollinator Plots, Wildflowers, and flower gardens.

New business includes:

2025 mowing bids

2025 emergency nuisance abatement bids.
