The Trenton Police Department reminds residents of the permitted hours for fireworks use during the Independence Day holiday. In Trenton, fireworks may only be discharged, ignited, or exploded between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on July 2 and July 3, and between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on July 4 each year.
The Department urges everyone to celebrate safely and in accordance with local regulations.
