The Trenton Fire Department contained and extinguished a grass and brush fire directly east of the Maple Grove Cemetery on Wednesday at 4:25 PM. Approximately half an acre of timber and grass was burning for 1 hour near the cemetery. A controlled burn spread out of control due to strong winds. There were no property damages or injuries reported.
