A nearly four-hour negotiation with a man threatening self-harm ended with the man being taken to a facility for treatment. Trenton Police Officers were called to Fisherman Road at 1:35 pm Tuesday, where a 56-year-old man had barricaded himself inside a residence.
The Trenton Police were assisted by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Grundy County Ambulance.
