A Lawson woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 in Clay County. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 6:55 am Thursday, as both vehicles were southbound and a 71-year-old Trenton woman overtook and ran into the back of a car driven by a 47-year-old Lawson woman. The Lawson woman was wearing a safety belt and was taken to Liberty Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The Trenton woman was not wearing a safety belt, but was not injured.
