A Mooresville woman was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Wednesday. Forty-one-year-old Nicki Dawn Howe was arrested by Chillicothe Police on Wednesday evening on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged driving while revoked or suspended. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only. Her next court date is February 11th in Associate Court for a preliminary hearing.
