A Kansas City man was arrested by State Troopers Saturday morning in Daviess County. At about 6:40 am, 26-year-old Timothy J. Sappa was arrested for alleged DWI, and failure to drive on the right side of the road, resulting in a crash. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
