A Kansas City man was arrested by State Troopers in Livingston County Monday night. Twenty-year-old Alfonzo A. Silverio was arrested at about 10:36 pm for alleged DWI, driving without a valid license – first offense, careless and imprudent driving, and no seatbelt. He was processed at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department and released.
