Troopers Arrest Kidder Man In Clinton County

A Kidder man was arrested in Clinton County Monday night.  State Troopers arrested 18-year-old Shane H. Burch of Kidder for alleged Peace Disturbance – first offense.  He was taken to the Clinton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
