A Laclede man was arrested by State Troopers in Linn County Tuesday afternoon. Forty-nine-year-old Billy J. Baldwin was arrested for alleged possession of Methamphetamine and on three warrants. A Daviess County warrant for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders, a Clinton County warrant for a bond violation, and a Probation and Parole warrant. He is held at the Macon County Jail with no bond allowed.
