Troopers Report Crash and Several Arrests Over The Weekend

A single-vehicle crash in Daviess County Saturday evening left the driver with minor injuries.  State Troopers report a Spickard man was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries following a crash on Highway 6, west of Gallatin.  According to the report, the crash occurred just before 8:00 pm, when the 41-year-old driver ran off the south side of the road and struck a fence.  He was wearing a safety belt.

Arrests for the weekend include:

At about 10:45 am Saturday in Livingston County, troopers arrested 36-year-old Dennelle N. Caldwell of Altamont for alleged DWI, speeding, failing to drive in the right lane, and no insurance.  She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.

At about 8:20 pm in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 41-year-old Kirby J. Bass of Spickard for alleged DWI with drugs.  He was released for medical treatment.

At 11:44 pm in Grundy County, Troopers arrested 61-year-old Larry G. Swank of Trenton for alleged DWI and Speeding.  He was processed and released.
