State Troopers made two arrests in the area counties on Tuesday.
At about 3:05 pm in Daviess County, 72-year-old Steven Hostetler of Gallatin was arrested for alleged DWI and leaving the scene of a crash. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
At about 5:30 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 49-year-old Yulanda R. Ray of Kearney on a Red Oak Police warrant for alleged Larceny and exploitation. She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
