Two Livingston County jail bookings at the Caldwell County Detention Center were made by the Chillicothe Police Department.
Saturday at about 8:45 pm, officers booked 23-year-old Elijah Rashawn Cook was booked for alleged delivery of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
Saturday at about 11:37 pm, officers booked 32-year-old Roger Martin Olthouse for alleged DWI and failure to have two lighted headlights. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
