Two women are charged in Livingston County Court with alleged attempting to distribute a controlled substance at a protected facility. Thirty-two-year-old Megan Marie Hupp of Moscow Mills and thirty-four-year-old Sarah Nichole Sohaib of Wentzville were charged on Friday.
The Probable cause statements indicated that the two brought the alleged drugs to Chillicothe and allegedly hid them in a park bathroom to be picked up by another suspect, an inmate at the prison.
Livingston County arrest warrants were issued Saturday for Sohaib and Hupp. Those warrants have no bond allowed.
