A street that was platted but never developed was officially vacated by the Chillicothe City Council. The unnamed street off of Herriman and west of Martin Street was essentially a narrow lot that was maintained by a neighbor, William Thieme. Thieme requested the street be vacated and abandon and the property divided between the neighboring property owners. A Public hearing was held and there were no objections.
