A Kansas City woman was arrested by Caldwell County officers and is held pending extradition to Johnson County, Kansas as an alleged fugitive from out of state. Thirty-three-year-old Rainy Dawn Lyon is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center pending extradition. She is held with no bond allowed.
