One arrest and one accident are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol in the local counties.
Two Carrollton residents had minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in Lafayette County. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 2:37 pm on Missouri 23, just south of US 24. According to the report, a 67-year-old woman was northbound and ran off the right side of the road. The car overturned and struck the ground. The woman and a 60-year-old man were taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital for treatment. They were wearing safety belts.
An Albuquerque, NM man was arrested by State Troopers in Sullivan County Sunday morning. At about 12:25 am, Troopers arrested 22-year-old Nolberto R. Salmeron for alleged DWI and Speeding. He was processed and released.
