One arrest and one injury accident in the area counties are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol for the weekend.
Sunday at about 12:29 am, Troopers in Linn County arrested 35-year-old Albert V Leon of Marceline for alleged DWI and driving while suspended. He was processed and released.
A two-vehicle crash in Daviess County Sunday afternoon left both drivers with minor injuries. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 12:45 pm on Highway 6 at Route DD. According to the report, an 18-year-old Albany man was southbound on Route DD, and a 37-year-old man from Gallatin was eastbound on Highway 6. The Albany man failed to stop and collided with the eastbound vehicle. Both drivers were taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment.
