The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department reports one booking into the Caldwell County Detention Center over the weekend. On Sunday, Deputies booked 64-year-old Michael Joseph Meindl for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only. A warrant was issued Monday morning and served at the jail.
In Grundy County:
On Friday, 34-year-old Cody Elijah Davis was booked for alleged Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Armed Criminal Action, Property Damage, and two counts of assault. Total bond is set at $50,000
On Friday, 29-year-old Keaton Hunter Tade of Novinger was booked on a probation violation warrant from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $7,500 Cash Only.
Saturday, 24-year-old Darlin Aguilar-Reyes was arrested by Sullivan County officers for alleged DWI, no valid license, no insurance, and two counts of resisting arrest. He is held with bond set at $2,500 cash only.
