Chillicothe Police booked 25-year-old Ethan Alexander Ross of Chillicothe into the Caldwell County Detention Center. Ross was booked on a Probation Violation warrant from a conviction for 1st Dregee Assault in 2022. Ross had been sentenced in 2023 to 15 years in prison – suspended with 5 years of probation. Ross is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only. He is scheduled to be in court today and on May 1st.
