A 20-year-old Chillicothe man arrested in January for two counts of alleged Sexual Misconduct Involving A Child Under The Age Of 15 – 1st offense, has had his case moved to Circuit Court. Twenty-year-old Ricky Lee Wilson will have his arraignment before Judge Ryan Horsman on December 4th in Livingston County Circuit Court.
