Woman Pleads Guilty To One Charge, Second Count Dismissed

A woman facing charges of two counts of Distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location pleaded guilty to one charge, and the second count was dismissed.  Thirty-five-year-old Andrea Megan Ethel Perea of Moberly was in Livingston County Circuit Court on Tuesday and entered a guilty plea before Judge Ryan Horsman.

In the plea agreement, the prosecuting attorney agreed to dismiss the second count.

A sentencing assessment has been ordered, and a sentencing hearing is set for April 9th.
