A Chillicothe woman made her initial appearance in Livingston County Court Monday after she was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Friday for alleged abuse or neglect of a child. 33-year-old Connie Lyn Brown entered a plea of not guilty. She remains in custody with no bond allowed. A bond hearing is scheduled for November 1st.
