Chillicothe Hornets varsity boys cross country team finished 3rd at the Warrensburg Invitational It was the Middle school’s last meet of the season as they finished 5th out of 12 full teams, JV Boys 2nd, & Varsity Boys 3rd out of 13 full teams just 3 points behind Benton for 2nd place. This usually isn’t the Hornets fastest of courses because the footing is not great or stable, but that is the essence of cross country.

Middle school season has concluded and High School heads to the fast MO Western course next Tuesday, the 22nd, for the big MEC Meet to finish out the regular season.
